Sarah Jessica Parker in talks to join New Years Eve

Sarah Jessica Parker is in talks to join the cast of the already blooming ensemble sequel to Valentine’s Day titled New Year’s Eve.

Coming Soon shares:
Sarah Jessica Parker has joined the cast of New Year’s Eve, according to a story at The Hollywood Reporter. Also said to be in talks for parts are Halle Berry and Zac Efron.

The film, New Line’s thematic follow-up to Valentine’s Day is already set to star Abigail Breslin, Robert De Niro, Ashton Kutcher, Lea Michele, Michelle Pfeiffer and Hilary Swank, among others.

Sarah Jessica Parker is not my favourite actress, but considering her role is going to be playing the uptight and controlling mother of Abigail Breslin’s character, I think she will fit the role well.

I am sure a mass ensemble movie like this is not done its wildflower casting as roles and storylines intertwine in this RomCom flick.

Kunis and Scott in talks for Ted

After Kunis proved she can keep up in something as weighty and serious as Black Swan, I am actually surprised she may be following it up with a quirky romantic comedy. But word has it that the sexy starlet is in talks to star alongside Adam Scott in Seth McFarlane’s “Ted”

Latino Review shares:
The written and directed MacFarlane film centers on a man who as a young boy made a Christmas wish that his Teddy Bear would come to life and be his best friend forever. Twenty-five years later, the bear is still at his side, but has now evolved into a cursing, smoking, delinquent (voiced by MacFarlane) that is preventing the man from maturing. If they sign on, Kunis will play the love interest who gets fed up over the best friend and finds comfort in the arms of her boss (played by Scott).

So a grown up boy (Mark Wahlberg?) with the cursing Teddy Bear will be, but I predict he is the “best friend” of the role potentially played by Mila Kunis. Kunis will start dating Scott, who will not deserve her and turn out to be a pompous jerk and the Boy will have to come to terms that he has been in love with his best pal Kunis all along and overcome his controlling sidekick Teddy Bear to win her back.

There. I wrote the movie already.

Now do something different with it ok?
